Blended Learning

Blended Learning is the combination of multiple approaches to learning. Blended learning can be accomplished through the use of 'blended' virtual and physical resources. A typical example of this would be a combination of technology-based materials and face-to-face sessions used together to deliver instruction. – See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blended_learning

At MCT both instructor led material and e-learning material can be prepared and used as required. Delegates can benefit from one or both of these methods.

Reasons to use or incorporate e-learning materials

e-learning modules are great for starters
e-learning modules are great for refresher training
e-learning questionnaires can check learning and understanding
    e-learning is self-paced
e-learning ensures everyone accesses the same material
