Sheet tabs
In complex workbooks with many sheets, getting to worksheets other than the first or last can become a little tedious using the built-in navigation buttons if the sheet you are looking for is not one of those displayed, and especially if the sheet names are long.

Instead of using the Next and Previous buttons or the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Page Up (previous sheet) and Ctrl+Page Down (next sheet) to search through the tabs, there is a quicker way to see all the sheet names at once.

Right-click on the tabs navigation buttons to display a floating list of all the worksheets in the workbook.

The ticked worksheet is the currently selected sheet; click the sheet you require to activate it.

Follow up flags
In addition to the built-in flag text choices, you can also add your own words to a follow-up flag for a new message. Right-click the Message Flag button, select Custom (in Outlook 2003, select Add Reminder) and then type the text you want in the Flag to box.

Then when you select the message, you can see the custom message in the Auto Preview pane.
