| As a small business owner it can be hard to take time out for training and development, so I have high expectations when I do. Suzanne and the team at MCT never fail to deliver. Their tailored, individual training has saved myself and my colleagues hours of time (and frustration) as a result of our deeper knowledge of the programmes we use. Their telephone support service has also been really useful. Without doubt, their training has made us more efficient, a benefit felt by us and our clients, and is always time and money well invested. | Suzanne has jsut the right manner for teaching computer skills. She knows her way around a computer system so well and is able to pass on many simple short-cuts which, once shown, save so much time, She does this with complete respect so that I believed I could learn to carry out the tasks too. | Though I am fairly IT literate, I was finding some aspects of Outlook frustrating and time-consuming and decided I could do with a refresher. I booked a 1-2-1 session with Suzanne which she tailored perfectly to my needs, it was exactly what I wanted and I learned a lot. | Suzanne provided a variety of IT Training from general Microsoft training, to specialist training for the new applications that were rolled out during the replacement of Berkeley Group's legacy applications. She worked well both as a member of the project team and in her professional capacity as a trainer. I would recommend her to any organisation who needs assistance in rolling out a major project, where she provides professional training materials, class room education, and one to one student training.
